Glad you all enjoyed your 4th July shennanigans. Oh, just realised our May the Fourth celebrations were two months ago  Where has the time gone  ?
Declaring NSD 1 for yesterday. I'm off and running now. No NSD today due to DD coming out of bank. Nothing due out tomorrow although it's MILs 60th birthday tomorrow so may end up spending if DH is busy, must admit I forgot it was her birthday (how I wish some of cw18s organisational skills would rub off on me!).Life is knowing which bridges to burn and which bridges to build!

**** is so glad I doesn't drink

After going to bed later than planned last night, I was also a bit later up (alarms set for 5:55, 6:00 and 6:05 - I finally heard the last one when it hit repeat at 6:08)
Dragged myself out of my pit at 6:30, and gave myself a kick up the proverbial to get out for a run - left the house at 7:25
Last week saw me do a 0.5km warm-up walk, 1km run, 0.5km walk, 1km run and 0.5km cool-down walk three times - and the second and third times (since getting proper running shoes) I felt I could have managed slightly further on the first run. So this morning I set out knowing the landmarks for 1.2km, 1.4km and 1.5km
Didn't manage any of those distances though - I actually ended up doing the full 2.5km in 17 mins..... well impressed with myself as this Wednesday will only be 6 weeks since I went out for my first run :T
Came home, brought in the curtains I'd pegged out before going (looking very overcast at that point, though it's stayed fine!), took down my blinds and bobbed them into the washer, cleaned the window frame and sill, plus the radiator and skirting board below it.
By then it was time to head out for my medical appt, and (for what could be the first time ever) went down the road without my purse - or indeed any money carrying vestibule - so I'm on track for another NSD today
Looking at the milk situation I may have to spend tomorrow (grrrrrr!!!!) - though I may make it to Wednesday. Really annoyed, as I now have a planned spend on Thursday which can't be done any sooner (I keep 'losing' my earphones on my runs, but Mr L have some sports type ones on offer from then) - so looks like I'll be having 2 spend days before my next Direct Debit day (which is next Monday).
Have pulled my rebounder (trampoline) out during my blitz on the living room, and am considering picking up a hula-hoop from a local discount store when I'm next spending anyway...... now I'm up to 2.5km I think running alternate days (instead of 2 on the trot) is going to be more important, but I want to do something on my rest days
Anyhow - on with h/work now. First job is wash the pots (had to use a soup spoon for my breakfast), then pull tea from the freezer (bolognese), then it's back into the living room starting with washing the window itself..........
Cheryl, I feel quite exhausted reading that post.... what are you on:eek::eek::eek:The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time
