Hi,
After being a bit rubbish in June, I'm going to try and come back with a vengeance in July. Could I register for 10 NSDs please? Today will be number 1. Love the look of the upcoming social events. Could we have a virtual holiday to somewhere warm, maybe the Maldives in one of those nice huts on stilts? Thrifty is currently a size 10 (my imagination can stretch pretty far) , laying on the beach, with the waves lapping the shore, sipping on a non alchomoholic cocktail. Ah, bliss.

been out to check a new route (really an extension to one I already use) as DS reckoned he hadn't seen a path that was showing on G00gle images. 'tis there though :T So I now have a 4.8km route (max 3.8km run as I need the rest for warm-up/cool down), of which I ran 3.35km today (split down as 1.75km, 0.35km and 1.25km). Not bad as today is the last day of my 6th week of running
now need to go and pack up loads of stuff in three/four other rooms, as I need to clear access to the radiators by tomorrow afternoon (central hearing service) - and I still have my voluntary work in school tomorrow morning, so lose best part of 2 hours there !!Cheryl0 -
Day no.3 for me yesterday
today will be a spendie though as i need to get some shopping and some 'blood, fish and bone' for the garden - sounds horrible but next doors gardener says its what i need!
Cheryl, I was havng a moan on the Notice to Newcomers thread in DFW about sorting a spreadsheet out for my debts (see page 98 - 99!) and Spoon suggested that I ask you for your spreasheet as she said it was really good! If you could post a link or something that would be brilliant or drop me a pm, I'm a bit rubbish with excel so need all/any help i can get! ThanksThose that matter don't mind, and those that mind don't matter0 -
Hello NSD-peeps!
I used to be a member on these forums (long story, have posted about it elsewhere) and found NSD Challenge incredibly helpful!
Can you please put me down for 10 days? I started yesterday, had a NSD and am aiming for one today. Yay :j0 -

I'm declaring no 3 today I've been out and back without giving in to temptation. Not feeling wonderful today so going to sleep and rest. I'm sure it's the effects of the virtual outing. Darn I'm getting old0

Hi everyone
hope you are all well
Blues night was great fun. But..... I ended up spending yesterday - two bottles of sparking water and a twix.
Today was a spend day as had to go to the Supermarket, but got enough bits in to hopefully sort me out for a few days........ so I am trying my best to have two NSD's
