Or do you mean flizzie plops like dandelion & burdock, cuz just switch to diet & that cuts the sugar right down *nods head furiously*

Sorry I missed your Wombledon outing, giggled my head off reading through all your posts. I thought I heard giggling and drunken hiccups in between all those grunts, hope your virtual hangovers clear soon
Yesterday was NSD 3, today I had to go shopping for some bits, we needed washing up liquid and binbags and other classy stuff.
Have a lovely evening everyone. x x x0 -

That was me as well this morning, moneypenny, it wasn't the grappa that did for me though, it was BDINI's iced tea (tea, yeah, right - it was 90% whisky:eek::eek::eek:)
elfen, it might take you a while to decontaminate the Tardis' carpet - Hubert again:eek:. Dopey, have you thought about a nappy for him?;)
Glad everyone made it back OK and we didn't lose anyone over the Grand Canyon - that was fun:):):) - didn't realise a Tardis could do wheelies;)The time you enjoy wasting is not wasted time

Another NSD for me :j taking me to 6 please Spoon, avoided the shops totally today and had a rather a productive day, even got some packing done hurrah! All shirts ironed and before BMF says I'm showing off again
, I am the worlds worse ironer and hate doing it so for me to do a two week batch of shirts at a time is no mean feat! Since joining the NSD thread I've been trying to get the house more sorted on the NSD days and get more housework done, things were really suffering and it was causing some probs between me and DH, things like cleaning the oven, windows etc, the stuff that used to get done once in a blue moon because I was busy. I'm now making the effort where as before I couldn't be asped, and as sad as it I'm actually enjoying the domestic life
Just brought in about 4lb of rhubarb from the garden, all washed and chopped and in the freezer, some of it is in the oven stewing slowly for a crumble for after the whoopsied lamb joint. Treating DH to a roast and his fav crumble today and had everything in, DH took home grown toms in his pack up today and the strawberries have been delish, going to grow more of our own stuff next year, already decided where we can dig over and make a few veg beds for next year. Just have to decide if we're going to have more crumbles or if I'll make rhubarb chutney, jam or pie. Ohhh and brought a lily in that I grew in a pot in the green house that came from my Mum's garden, it would have been her birthday today so it just felt right somehow and the front room smells wonderful, MSE air freshner, so feeling rather chuffed with my little self todayto all the newbies!

I've had my 2nd NSD of the month today, hoping for a couple more this week, though tomorrow won't be one."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0
