After going to bed later than planned last night, I was also a bit later up (alarms set for 5:55, 6:00 and 6:05 - I finally heard the last one when it hit repeat at 6:08)
Dragged myself out of my pit at 6:30, and gave myself a kick up the proverbial to get out for a run - left the house at 7:25
Last week saw me do a 0.5km warm-up walk, 1km run, 0.5km walk, 1km run and 0.5km cool-down walk three times - and the second and third times (since getting proper running shoes) I felt I could have managed slightly further on the first run. So this morning I set out knowing the landmarks for 1.2km, 1.4km and 1.5km
Didn't manage any of those distances though - I actually ended up doing the full 2.5km in 17 mins..... well impressed with myself as this Wednesday will only be 6 weeks since I went out for my first run :T
Came home, brought in the curtains I'd pegged out before going (looking very overcast at that point, though it's stayed fine!), took down my blinds and bobbed them into the washer, cleaned the window frame and sill, plus the radiator and skirting board below it.
By then it was time to head out for my medical appt, and (for what could be the first time ever) went down the road without my purse - or indeed any money carrying vestibule - so I'm on track for another NSD today
Looking at the milk situation I may have to spend tomorrow (grrrrrr!!!!) - though I may make it to Wednesday. Really annoyed, as I now have a planned spend on Thursday which can't be done any sooner (I keep 'losing' my earphones on my runs, but Mr L have some sports type ones on offer from then) - so looks like I'll be having 2 spend days before my next Direct Debit day (which is next Monday).
Have pulled my rebounder (trampoline) out during my blitz on the living room, and am considering picking up a hula-hoop from a local discount store when I'm next spending anyway...... now I'm up to 2.5km I think running alternate days (instead of 2 on the trot) is going to be more important, but I want to do something on my rest days
Anyhow - on with h/work now. First job is wash the pots (had to use a soup spoon for my breakfast), then pull tea from the freezer (bolognese), then it's back into the living room starting with washing the window itself..........

:hello: Hi all NSD'ers
Well so far the score appears to be Bindweed 3 - kathy40uk 1 :(but I'll keep at it.
Slept in today which is ok but not on a day off!! why do I always think I will get so much done then leave it all to the last minute
At least when I go back I'm on lates so can eat with the residents which means no meal planning for a few daysand I do like our cooks cooking
Have some overtime after that and a night shift so I can catch up on stuff at work I hope
Well I'm going for NSD no 3 today nothing planned except me and the bindweed LOL. Tomorrow I've got a few hours at my second job in the evening so can't get too muckyso it will probably be a bindweed free day (me that is, not the garden). I did check my bank earlier and rounded it up and paid some off my 100 day challenge card but I'm not counting that. Once I get my actual spending down so I can make the monthly targets I will look at that too
Well done everyone so far and everyone making firsts:T It really does help posting in here regularly, I know it's helped me
See you all later , glad everyone is recovering from the day out yesterday and no-one is lost was great fun

Jo - I'm sorry to say there's no recipe for the SF Chicken:o , I got a load of whoopsied packs of SF goujons from Mr A and they've been in my freezer. This is the last pack. I have to say tho, they ARE delish and I used to buy mine from M&S - A$DA's are better IMO.:) I daresay a trusty MSE'er will have a recipe tho! Anyone?
