Douglas, your morning sounds like fun. I'm glad I'm not the only person who lives a life of unexpected sightings and happenings.

I'm going have to Google the bauble thingy, too, Alex. My crafting attempts are limited to sewing and revamping.

I've just had two rather marvellous eBay impulse buys turn up. One was a 1950's glass fronted cabinet Jon had to collect and cost me a paltry £5 and the other a vintage psychedelic orange catsuit I won for £2.

Once I've finished today's listings it looks like an afternoon with the sandpaper and paint.

Have a look on the Spellbound Beads website - they're just about to release a new book on them. There are loads of designs. I haven't done this particular one but it's an example of what they look like:

What a coincidence, their shop's only down the road in Lichfield. My friend, Liz has dragged me in on numerous occasions. It is a fabulous shop and there's some great bits and pieces for necklace making and trimmings.

Ahh, that's where I know the name from! I have been to that shop too, used to have the horses out that side of B'ham, but now live on the opposite side, so a bit far away!

Raining and a tad cold, wearing leggings, duo boots, dress with vest and my snuggly cashmere cardigan.

Loving all this talk of crafts, started back at dress making last week and i am now deliberating what to make, i kinda want to make christmassey things, which is not like me at all, i don't 'do' christmas until december the 10th!!

I have a longing to start making aprons. Is my inner domestic goddess finally revealing itself?

I sense a trip to Lichfield coming on....

    I've been Money Tipped!
Still in tracksuit. Actually in second tracksuit, been rained on twice and have to bath stinky rolling dog. I think its a tracksuit day actually: I'm not seeing anyone.

Been rained on three times now, ditched trousers, was having a cup of tea, someone knocks on the door:mad::mad:

What sort of craft stuff do you want? I shop at lots of beady places on line if you are into jewellery making :)

Marmite cashew nuts sound amazing. I have recently had the rice cakes and bread sticks and when I get into work early, I have been known to get a cheese and marmite breakfast pannini from starbucks. Yum!!
