Ooh I love arts and crafts. I attempted jewellery making once but gave up, really must get back into it.
Not strictly artsy/crafty but I want to make this for Christmas

That bauble is gorgeous. I want a sort of 'rustic' theme for my tree this year and that totally fits the bill!Make £10 a day challenge (August) - £175/£3100 -

Marmite cashew nuts sound amazing. I have recently had the rice cakes and bread sticks and when I get into work early, I have been known to get a cheese and marmite breakfast pannini from starbucks. Yum!!
Beady places would be fabulous,
and hurrah for another marmite fan!0 -
Okay...
Try Beadsbylili- they have some funky stuff
Bead addicts on ebay- have some cool acrylic bits
Smitten beads- lovely pendants, etc
They are my current faves, but if there is anything specific you need, gimme a yell. Or if you just want me to send you some stuff from my stash to play with (I have a room full of stuff). I have just dug out some funky cherry and teapot acrylic charms and other acrylic bits I had forgotten about, so happy to share

No probs, do you want to PM me your address? I am having a bit of a sort out.
Along the accessories thread, as it were, I am currently dis-assembling Primark red rose bracelets (v funky, acrylic) and re-threading with just one or two of the roses and two lines of glass pearls. Tres vintage looking and look v cute! I would put a photo up, but I am a technophobe!0 -
They sound fab, millie, do you make these things to sell or just for fun??0

I'm feeling throughly crafty at the moment. Making plans with mum for a weekend in Harrogate for the knitting and crafting fair in November where I plan on buying a stupid amount of beaded bauble kits - it's about the one crafty thing I actually do well!
I'm going to the crafts for christmas at the NEC in november with my old dear. I know we will spend a fortune!
I taken £57 in my crafting account this week for stock and it's burning a hole. I just spent 99p on pearl effect beads for my felted brooches. £56.01 to go.

I love the idea of a handmade decoration tree. We always put our tree up stupidly early as I hate it hanging around much after Christmas. The sweets would only last a day.0
