well first day at work is over and I don't hate it yet, that's got to be a good sign Have changed into leopard print PJ's and flip flops for slobbing round the house. Think I might curl up and read to avoid the second half of the footie. xx

Oh Char that's rubbish Did you get the seat in the end? It's really not on for one of the leaders to cancel on you like that. Will it mess things up in terms of planning or cover?

I'm contemplating something a little out of my comfort zone in terms of style for tomorrow. Not sure if I'm brave enough - someone at work is bound to make some sort of sarky comment that they think is funny.

Well. I think I'll be ok in terms of leaders, three rangers are coming to help. One is there fri-sat, leavin after sat dinner, one is arriving sat breakfast just for the day. One is there from fri eve, leaving to work sat morning, coming back lunchtime and leaving again sat eve to go to a party, then coming back after the partyz . So it's all a littl mad.
Tht said, also have one of the guides' mums all weekend, and my friedn who is same age as me (tho she doesn't count for the ratios as she is bringing her 19month old)..
I'm
being tested on the sat tho so
it shudnt look like I haven't got enough help.

Skinny jeans (tesco £4) flesh coloured vest (primark £1.50) leopard print blouse (dp via car boot £1) silver n gold bangles fringey flat diesel sandles from tk maxx (£30- bought with birthday money so technically free)

Busy day today, lots of errands to run alongside usual stuff

Black floral tea dress - Primark (I would like it to be a bit more tea dressy but we can't have everything!)
Red cardi - Matalan
Black leggings - DP
Brown heeled brogues - New Look
Pearl studs - Accessorize
Hair up in slightly messy Victory Rolls at the front and a bit of a bun at the back
And lashing of red lippy

It's the last two bits that are making me nervous. And I'm in a bad mood as someone has just slammed a door shut in my face, so if anyone says anything sarky I may hit them.

I've got a long to-do list buzzing around my head today, stuff I've been putting off for ages so must get that done later.

This morning's outfit :
Cut down Diesel jeans (Revamped, second-hand)
Black tunic top with a padded and embellished bodice (Street market, India)
Blue crochet waistcoat (River Island sale from £39.99 to £3)
Lots of silver bangles, rings and hoop earrings
Bare feet, nails painted with Barry M's Spring Green

Oh I need to paint my toenails before camp!! My feet are a total mess!

Still excited about my ikea purchases last night. Managed to get my sis' mirror, a shelf for my friend, and a pair of tiny pale blue espresso cups and saucers for myself.. And a clothes rail.. Also got a present for daisy..

Alex, I wish i was hair-talented enough to manage something like that!! Sounds like you're looking fab!

Black dress with white polka dots / red and pink roses, new look, yrs ago, via ebay..
Red cardi with black sequin poodle, and embroidered leash which goes all round the back..new look i think
pink sequin irregular choice heels with p=ink perspex heels..

Erk, I wouldn't describe myself as hair talented at all. Last time I attempted it I gave up in frustration. I think it's just cos my hair is so dirty today that it doesn't dare move (I basically couldn't be bothered washing it last night so did this as a last resort)

I'm a bit scared of myself in red lippy tbh
