Paul Bridle - Cowboy builder from Broadbridge Heath / Horsham Area

My family has had the misfortune of coming across this guy. He took £9000.00 from my family for a conservatory that has yet to be built. Well, that's not entirely true, we do have two walls erected. Trouble is we've had the two walls up for almost a year, no roof, no windows and no sign of Paul Bridle. For anyone who doubts that I should be naming and shaming this man, well, I have photos, texts and letters which prove what an utter liar and scammer he is. The trouble being is that hes taken my mothers money and she has no more money to pay for new work. She does however, have a half built conservatory which gets flooded when it rains and has open sockets and fittings hanging from the walls.

I was wondering what would be the best way to tackle this problem. The problem being Paul Bridle.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
