For those of you that are owed money by Paul Bridle of Broadbridge Heath it may be worth investigating further as I believe he may now be employed by a company and be receiving payment via Payroll. Not being an expert I am uncertain whether you would be legally entitled to get anything back via an attachment of earnings. As an aside, he is now also hiring tradesmen himself to carry out work on his own home and is trying to avoid paying his bills! Do not employ OR do work for this man! He has numerous unsettled county court judgments against him too!

You have my complete attention...

Can we presume you are owed money by him as well? One would need more detail about his employment situation but an attachment of earnings could be applied for if it is a permanent job. Doing so would cost money though. How did you come by this information (PM me if you wish)?
