Might have a good one coming up, just emailed in my N9B to the local court, claiming against a builder who took my money and ceased work. Only owed £15K work but cost a lot extra to put right. He's countersueing mefor breach of contract of course, and his son's wife works for a local solicitor whom he knows personally and he's used that as a threat. Having said that his counterclaim on his N9B doesn't look very professional at all. Might have a hearing about June. Advice sought about what to post and where for the time being.

You're prob aware nobody got anything from Paul Bridle's ( Broadbridge Heath ) bankruptcy. Apparently his wife found a document at the 11th hour after two court extensions proving she owns most of the house and has no applied to by him out entirely. Even left the insolvency company out of pocket by 10s of thousands as they though he had the equity.
The bridles are well known it turns out after speaking to various people over the years, the galling thing is they still tell people in the village, us and everyone on here are liars, and no shame.
