Hello peeps...... sorry not been around, but seemed to take ages to get our connection up and running after the move and then we were very inconsiderate and went on holiday for two weeks to Tunisia - boy what a wonderful time we had. Had mixed feelings before going because it is like Marmite (I think) you either love it or hate it and I had heard both sorts of stories. We had a great time, really relaxed, fantastic hotel and with superb people in who just wanted to please you all the time. OH and DS3 came with me and we went on a desert safari, riding on camels (not OH!!) and just laughed. Unfortunately, weather not brilliant, but have come back with a tan that everyone is telling me is great, but I like to be much darker than this. Sorry that some of you have been in such a dark place and don't want you to think I am being !!!!!y by going on about my hols, but it was just what the doctor ordered. Anyway hope to keep in touch with some of you again, although you've not been on here since the 17th so not sure when you will be logging back on. Take care on and all - will try and get through to SB myself - have been so lapse recently. Take care Billiexxxx PS those of you that know I have a cat! she has settled into our new home and loves it.

Hello all!

Thanks to the meds being upped I feel like I'm doing great at the moment. The black dog is only staring at me from a distance not trying to nip my ankles. Had a few panic attacks though, and they aren't fun!

I'm feeling pretty fab today, I've (theoretically) ditched a great chunk of my wardrobe and am going for a whole new look and a better way of presenting myself to the world - feels really good so far - even if the credit card disagrees... :rotfl:

Hi all!

Welcome back Billie. We don't begrudge anyone holidays and nice things. Much. Glad everyone's settling down in the new house.

Wishing everyone well with their personal changes and challenges, great and small.

My new meds made a huge difference but it only lasted three weeks. A good three weeks though. Now ramping them up progressively to see if I can capture again how I felt 20 years ago when the future looked relatively settled and predictable.

Usual stuff going on here. Managed to switch my avatars on at last. Psycho - go easy on the fake tan, eh? Just saying.

Glad you had a good holiday and like Maty, I can't see your OH on a camel. Where would he put the ashtray for a starter? Sounds really good.

I've just had my latest job rejection this morning but am quite hopeful of the next one. Fingers crossed.

Off for a training session tomorrow with Citizen's Advice. Now need to look for other jobs.

Thanks everyone for the welcome back. OH didn't go on the camel, but there would have been plenty of room for his ashtray!! Was sure that DS3 was on the baby camel and I was riding its mother as it kept trying to nudge into me - screams!! yes there were many screams. Our leader and guy next to us only ones having long conversation and ignoing us till I screamed!! I was laughing hysterically at one of them having deep conversation on his mobile in the middle of the desert - he got a signal!! Have sent SB text but have not heard back yet - am slightly worried but she does do this now and again, but have noticed that she has not been on here for some time now. Billie xx

I sent her an email just saying 'please let us know you are ok, hope you are' or something along those lines and nothing back. I agree Billie, can't help but worry what OH has done now
