    Hi Catflea

Sorry the blackdog bit you so hard :( I am assuming that you are feeling a bit better if you are back at work?

Rodders will be happy to play but he can nip a bit! Those puppy teeth are a bit like needles but he doesn't really mean to hurt anyone. He is coming on in leaps and bounds and getting more adventurous each day. I don't think the grin has been off my face since I brought him home on Sunday :D But he doesn't seem to have heard of MSE as we are getting through kitchen roll at a great rate of knots - anyone wanting to buy shares I can guarantee sales are due to rocket, anyone know of a cheap supply let me know!

I'm well enough to be interacting with people anyway, I'm certain this job doesn't help my mental wellbeing though!

Poundland etc always seem to have Kitchen roll in :A

Sorry you've been low, Catfood. I have finally been put on some meds that actually work. The difference is quite remarkable. Don't get fobbed off with something that's all side effects.

Well done for helping out our mutual friend. Moving the British Museum would have been less work I expect.

Car failed its MOT (brings back memories of darker days) but they were able to change some bulbs, adjust the headlights and repair the rear brakes for £50. It's been a good day..

I hope the sun shines on us all even a little bit.

Both the medication and the car both seem to be a result to me Mike :D

The sun has been shining for a while here today :j

Catflea, good to have you feeling up to posting again. Long may it continue!

Maty - I'm sure you mean Rodders? :D

Mike - good on both counts. :)

The sun came out suddenly here, about four o'clock, exactly as if an early-morning haze was burning off. I did a bit of a double-take but that didn't stop me relishing it. Sunshine makes such a difference, and this was followed by a pretty pink sunset so maybe a cold night, but I'd rather that than damp and dreary.

The side effects have all but dissapeared now, thank god. They were pretty horrific of the 13 "common" ones listed in the leaflet I got 11 . Still feeling somewhat low but not actually "depressed" iyswim...

The moving of stuff did me a great deal of good actually, it gave me something else to focus on, other than my issues although it did swallow up the vast majority of my time off and I burned a hell of a lot of petrol - I think the car is going to give up the ghost soon - but she's moved into a (relatively) clean flat in a good area with no mould or damp problems and I think that it is a VERY good move for her...
