aaaw Mike I'm sorry to hear about the meds. Don't get disheartened, they were working brilliantly and I really hope once the dosage gets sorted out, they will do again. Keep at it fella, you'll get there. xx (On a personal note, I wouldn't mind feeling the way I did 20yrs ago too...pm me the name of them will ya!)

Got me thinking now, a pill that'd make me look 20yrs younger too would be nice. In those days before cellulite & stretchmarks, before the hairline and gums started to recede, aaah those long gone days when I could sneeze without peeing and cough without farting! Before muffin tops and saggy butt & boobs.....oh God, it's all downhill from here innit? Suddenly the future looks predictable and thats depressing, a couple more years and I'll be able to stir me morning
cuppa with boobs that sag so low they reach me tea cup!

Marbles are not required on this thread and we are happy with people that are clever enough to put their foot in their mouth ( an awesome achievement in my book), we also accept growing old disgracefully (with or without saggy bits) or wanting to change your life in any way you want to or can.

The new meds regime seems to be working well, although I was a bit flat yesterday. I only want a few more little things for the wardrobe, but just waiting till I spot them rather than going out spending.

As for the laser thing, the groupon deals do represent excellent value but aren't actually suitable for my needs as a rule. Anyways, thanks to my new 0% card I've got six sessions paid for now with a well respected local practitioner and I think I've got a rather good deal. Had my test patches done on Monday, and back this coming monday for session one

A groupon offer may be useful for "mop up" once its all done though.

Just a quick one... the BBC called this week and said the programme will be shown on BBC1 (gasp!) at 8pm in a week or two.

Sunglasses... pen... net curtains... food for two weeks... check.

Interesting that they ring and tell you

I assume the pen is for autographs, sunglasses to look cool (or stupid if the weather is as grey as it has been), check - stop using american spellings , two weeks food to feed the bus loads of anticipated gawpers while doing the guided tour, net curtains for??????
