I thought the son's reaction was brilliant, the best I have ever seen. Especially the traffic lights in the shed!!!

I was given £50 rather than £30 from my dad for my 'second' birthday pressie - that's got me through the beer festival. Have also got 3 days work at a cider bar in Edinburgh this weekend. Life is now looking doable this month rather than a complete disaster.

BUTTI...:eek:I remember you mentioning the doubling up of birthday gifts from your Dad but STILL didn't think to say Happy Birthday, sorry hun, belated Happy Birthday...when was it?:o

Sounds like Edingburgh was fun despite the wasp stings!! Thank god you're not alergic!

PSYCHO... So? How'd it all go? Bet you're glad to be back and hope you're misbehaving, it's what your twenties are for! I'm sure they loved you as much as we all do, told you there was nothing to worry about!

What's happened to DIY SOS? Where's Julia? Who's the bearded guy who likes grey, and grey, and grey?

I missed it BUT I did finally get to watch the one with the Dolls House without interruption from anyone...bout time! Was great to see you all on the telly, almost felt like being there with you all again. Absolutely loved it! Brought back a lot of very happy memories from being there for the reveal. Seems I do very little work whenever I'm there, got off lightly again this year didn't I?

Nic you were SO good and incredibly brave to have been interviewed, you really did us all proud and showed the true spirit of MSE, your whole face lights up with that smile of yours & is full of warmth! Brilliant!

Mike it's the first time I've been able to watch the interviews done by you and your boys without crying, still very emotional viewing but the smiles on your faces last year and seeing you all smiling and happy this year are what I'll always remember from it all now, I was grinning from ear to ear and am as happy for you all today as I was at the reveal.

I don't think I could ever forget any of you if I tried, even a lot of posters from your thread are brought to mind. I watched The Railway Children a couple of weeks back, immediately thought of GallyGirl! Found a hair on my chest, made me remember TMIF and hairy toes! SO many memorable characters and I feel emotionally attached to 'em all.

I am sorry though, seems peverse to say I had the best time in life when you consider it was probably the worst time of yours.....I can't lie to you though...I did! :o:p

    Love you all loads!

Welcome back Keiss and good luck to Billie, you'll be busier than ever!

Has anyone got any more photos they can share a link to, be lovely to see them all.

    Have a great day everyone

    Happy Birthday...when was it?:o

Sounds like Edingburgh was fun despite the wasp stings!! Thank god you're not alergic!

Twas in June, when we did the show it was about two days later. The girls gave me a drill which I was very touched by.

Did wonder for a moment whether I would be allergic, but no, okay but just painful. We didn't get to see ANY of the festival!

I shall put putting photo's up on my To Do list for today.

I really want to stay and play now, I never get on line at the same time as any of you any more but theJailers just got up and is grumpy with a hangover! :D Shame that!

You'd think birthday cards would always be on time wouldn't you? I generally buy them early enough but it can take DAYS to psych myself up into leaving the house to post the blooming things! Oh the life of a nut! :rotfl:

My name is SB and I have OCD, (mixed with a touch of A.D.D I think, I obsess about 'things' but never complete 'things'! :D plus I'm older, memory is not what it used to be!:p

Probably best I didn't know last year then, I've a fetish for power tools and would have probably nicked it! :D :rotfl:(Not really hun, I'd have chipped in towards it though.)

I remember only to well how painful they are. all better now I hope? So you also missed the festival and didn't get drunk yourself...bummer! :(

I shall put putting photo's up on my To Do list for today.

:TBe kind and delete any monstrous ones will you? :rotfl:Look forward to seeing them.
