As you can see, sleep is working for me this evening!!!

Picking up any course work you have to read is bound to have the desired affect though!

At this stage I reach for the valerian teabags! The same effect as NightNurse but without the groggy wake up call. (Well, in so much as any wake up call can possibly be grog free when you are absolutley not a morning person. Ever.)

Where do you get Valerian tea bags from. I have sleepy time tea or the Clipper night time tea but they dont affect me as much as Night nurse does. I have been known to take Piriton as that makes me drowsy!

I agree with the course work comment too! Or in academic speak, should that say I concur :T

The teabags work for me. I take them half and hour to and hour before I want to be asleep and they usually work. When they don't it's because I've started reading or faffing or something stupid.

I get them from H0ll4nd & B4rr£t. I've never looked to see if you can get them in the supermarket though. I like sleepytime tea too. But I can drink that any time of the day, I just like the taste! :D

(If you've no course work, try a work's policy. Health and safety ought to do the trick!)

  • Thanks for that, will have to see if I can pop out and get some tomorrow. Do they taste ok? I love the sleepy time taste too, think its the spearmint in it.

I can't start reading work policies,I have three that I need to revise as they are out of date(guilty your honour). Some would probably use a couple of those as sleep fodder!!

    Hi, Mike,
There was something on You and Yours (Radio 4) on Monday about getting money from people following a County Court judgement. Only caught the tail end, so don't know if there was anything which could be of use to you. It should be available as a podcast here http://www.bbc.co.uk/podcasts/series/yyhighlights
from Friday. (They only update weekly) Fingers crossed that it's not "edited-out". (The podcasts are shorter than the actual broadcasts.)

To celebrate my car passing its MOT, I will share a tip with those of you who are fed up with bathroom cleaners which don't even scare limescale... LIDL ‘W5’ Bathroom Cleaner. It’s going to go mad when people realise how good it is… stock up. Brill for tiles and shower screens n stuff.
