:T Welcome back Skintdragon we have missed you. Last heard of planning to come to Littlehampton and then getting stuck in the middle of the North Sea. If you ask the gang nicely they will let you see their photos on facebook. Did you see the programme. We can fix that too via a download from one of the lads on here who was one of the electricians on the build.

oh crumbs, been meaning to say that i have seen the episode of DIY SOS on telly and i was so impressed with the turn- out, and how the house had panned out, it literally brought a tear to my eye, so well done to all of you, and to the BBC crew for making it happen.

Evening all, hope everyone is well. Sorry I haven't been around for ages. I've been on the Green Fingered board, trying to learn how to grow free food. It's not working though, everything in the garden has ground to a halt but it is cold and wet and horrible out there so hopefully when the weather gets better we can get out there again and turn it around.

I've also been on the Utilities boards and the Green and Ethical boards too. Been debating solar panels and the ethics of FiTs (Feed in Tarrifs) and free solar panel offers. And I just keep getting sucked into Discussion Time, what a funny bunch there are on that board! Many have been "PPR'd" several times over! Still, it's good for a laugh to watch others arguing against each other sometimes! lol

Anyway, I wondered if "Mike's Mob" could strike again and help to get another fellow MSE'er's bathroom made over?
