Weighed in this morning and have lost 2lbs which I'm really pleased with :j

Despite my best intentions to read through this thread every day or two for motivation, this is the first time in nearly a week that I've had the time to get onto MSE! Glad to see so many of us doing well and best wishes to Dragon that she's back soon.

from experience you should always leave at least a week between weigh ins and try and do weigh in at same time each week ie morning or evening and never weigh yourself more than once in same day as your weight can fluctuate by 2 - 4lbs due to fluid etc, :o

Thanks, that's probably what it was.

I really should buy my own scales.

 My weight loss is very odd... According to my new scales I lost 5.4lbs this week! Ermmmm I don't think thats actually possible! :rotfl: Maybe I was retaining water last week + new scales... Who knows! Anyhow that puts me 2.75lbs less than 2 weeks ago so I'm happy :D :rotfl:

Well, I spent 4 hours walking in over 80 degrees heat round the city looking and trying on clothes, sweating like a piglet. In that time, all I had was a glass of water. I got home, had a bowl of soup, a meringue (55 cals) and some greek yoghurt. That, apart from a bowl of porridge for breakfast was all I had and guess what, scales this morning tell me I have put on a pound. Now that just shows you how mad this all this, doesnt it!

But Im still down 2lbs on the start of the month.
