Hi everyone today is not a good day for me
I've just been informed that my ex-step father who was in court for sexually abusing me or 10 years has pleaded not guilty and the trial is set to start on 29th September.
I had a feeling this would happen but I am still devastatedMy family have to give evidence too so they are going to hear what happened to me... I hope I can ask for them not to be in the court room when this happens.

Oh God I'm sorry you have to go through this.:(
I know it's easier said than done, but try not to let it derail you. You've been doing so well with all your exercising.
Dunno what else to say, but hope you're ok.xxx0 -

Thank you, it's such a pain. It's been going on since March so that's what, 4 months? Not very long really when I think about it but it feels like forever.
My OH is just about to leave for work so I'm going to get on the exercise bikeWife and mother :jGrocery budget

Sequeena - sorry to hear that you're having to go through all this
I notice you say that your OH is about to leave for work, do they work nights then? Permanently? My DH works nights - sometimes I like it and other times I really wish he worked 9-5, Monday-Friday!
Babybunny - hello
Well done to the losers and hang in there for those of us who are having a tough time.
Biscuits are really proving my downfall at the moment, one is never enough and will inevitably lead onto another, and another, and another  It makes me feel really cross with myself, but it's developed into a habit. Has anyone got any tips to help me enjoy my treats in moderation?

Jack92 yes my OH works nights - he's a nights duty manager for a major supermarket and usually works between 9pm-8am though he has been known to finally come home at 11am+
He used to work days (not 9-5 though it could have been anything between 6am-9pm) and I wish he could go back to days... but the money is better on nights!

Good morning all!!
What a wet and miserable day here in Glasgow! It's like the middle of winter already!
Sequeena - that's awful for you! I hope that it brings itself to a conclusion for you as quickly as possible! Well done you for getting on with things though and still managing to lose weight whilst all that's going on!
Nicky - I have the same problem with biscuits etc, if they're in the house I eat them, and just don't stop 'til the packet's empty! if you find a solution please do let me know! the only thing that works for me is just not to have them in the house, and even then I've been known to nip to the shop if I'm getting desparate!
My OH works nights too, although he's a policeman so he does a variety of shifts! Sometimes I don't mind, if I've other things to be getting on with, it's good not feeling guilty for not spending time with him. However, I do hate going to bed at night when he's not there!
Anyways - onwards and upwards! The worst of my TOM is defo over, so I'm determined today will be a good day!
It's very quiet in work, so I might even try and put together a meal plan whilst I'm sitting here!
