I do wonder at times, especially when they are after advice.

Sometimes though, someone will join up in another name to have a go at a poster. For example, this one yesterday:

    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/member.php?u=1140557

I've a really good idea of who they are and it's a shame that they have felt the need to do this, but some people do just join to cause trouble.

Thankfully, the majority of posters are not here to cause friction and welcome new posters on the boards :)

Who's sunnyone and what does this person have against him/her? You're right, they are obviously not a newbie, most of their posts are about sunnyone.

I've read a few posts like that recently and did wonder why people reacted like that to an apparent newbie. I put in down to either 'cliques' (which is very apparent on this board) so new members are not liked or just the fact that others are 'in the know' about something I am not. I can also see why people wouldnt respond readily to new members who ask their first question (but everyone has to start somewhere).

If I had responses like I have seen on here when I first posted (a genuine problem) then I would have run a mile. Fortunately, I had a huge amount of help and for that reason I have stuck around. I am slowly getting pulled in to MSE and my nights are getting longer and longer ....

I wouldnt worry about sunnyone she has a nasty enough mouth to take care of herself.

It's ironic people are worried about people being nasty to her when she is one of the nastiest people on here imo.

I don't see her as nasty, tbh, BCS.

I know you two have had run ins and it's become personal, but I wouldn't have said she was a 'nasty' poster. However, I don't follow everything she posts, so others may have a different view.

I did wonder what the comments about trolls were about on my intro thread.... I've never used a forum before and was suprised to have that reaction, not nasty, but a bit childish and weird... no offense meant to anybody heh

She has never said anything that wasn't horrible to me, I don't know why but she has taken an instant dislike to me & she was the reason I posted that photo as I was fed up of being called a liar.

Ive noticed that no one ever steps in though when she is abusing me so maybe you are all scared of her.

I actually felt sorry for her when I read what she'd wrote on your depression thread, well until she attacked me on one of the other threads.

I don't think people are nasty to newbies per se, I certainly don't discriminate. If I think you're an idiot I'll let you know.

Please don't turn this thread into another one about you. If you and sunnyone have issues with each other, either stick them on Ignore or sort it out by PM.
    Gone ... or have I?

If I make a comment on a thread i'm making it about me?
