Have you not tried to call Barclaycard? Are you not already a Barclaycard customer? Because if that is the case then you can only apply to cards for current customers...

You can call them for the decisions mate.

I suspect that Barclaycard will say no, but then I might be wrong...

Yeah i already have a barclaycard 6.9% LOB ,also i have been a barclays current account holder for 8 years..

So you knew that once a Barclaycard customer you are only allowed to apply for cards selected for current customer which a few months ago were the Oyster card & Breathe. You may have added yourself a couple of searches which could have been avoided...

I was told i can apply for any card as my barclaycard is with the leeds building society,which they class as a partner or something along those lines..

LOL, so its like a virgin card (MBNA)..... so yea, that doesn't restrict you applying for others BUT as a barclays bank customer don't you get preapprovals, as stephane stated? :beer:

Unfortunately not, as my online banking for the card is not the same as having like barclaycard breathe or platinum or gold,my online banking is with leeds building society.

Evening

A few of you might remember i applied for a RBS account last yr etc etc. I never got the account until start of year i noticed them reporting to the CRA that i had a account with them. I wrote to them to get access to account and cards etc and below is my reply. Now they are still reporting to the CRA 9 months later. Is there anything i can do?
