Well, just applied online for the Silver Card and got accepted:beer: The rate is 24% and a £1000 limit, more than enough to transfer my Vanquis balance over though.

I said I'd let you know izools, with Sygma, will that stay at that rate of 24% apr?

    Bo x

    Congratulations!

I was approved for the Silver card £1,000 limit and 24.9% APR, but then just last month (may) I was approved for the Sygma MyWorld card this time with 19.9% APR so that's something you can consider in the future :o

Izools, do you think if I run this card well, it may give me a better apr next time I apply for another card from Sygma?

No its all about being credit scored with every application.

Agreed, Sygma don't seem to be the kind to do behaviour or existing customer based scoring.

If your file with Equifax improves, fewer searches, continuing to pay up to date, etc etc then the next card you get from them should have a lower APR :o
