Ah yeah they're still on 0% offers at the moment.

Silver is 24.9% and MyWorld is 19.9% once the promotion ends :o

Got my 2 letters this morning regarding barclaycard applications..
    BARCLAYCARD PLATINUM....
Thankyou for applying for barclaycard platinum, unfortunately at this stage we are not able to consider your application because you've only been an barclaycard account holder for a short time..
    BARCLAYCARD GOLD....
Thankyou for applying for a barclaycard
Because you already have the type of barclaycard account theat you applied for,we are unable to accept your application, however we may be able to offer you an alternative product.

Well after speaking with one of the underwriters at sygma i am now getting the Donate as you Spend card Not sure of limit and APR but thats the majority of Vanquis getting shifted. Likely to be £1000 limit and 24.9% APR.

The Person i Spoke to Confirmed that its an AUTO-REFER and subsquent decline if applied for a card within 3 months and been declined which can be overturned if an underwriter is spoken to within 3 days of application but always best to speak either on day of application or day after.

Well i just applied and got referred, i spoke to some clown and they said it's in a queue to be looked at.

Which telephone number did you ring? And did you ask to speak to an underwriter?

If that's the case, it's referred due to credit scoring as opposed to referred due to credit policy decline (i.e. re-applying too soon).

No mate, a refer. They're two different things, remember!?

It just means an underwriter has the last say as opposed to a computer :o

We'll see then, I'll keep everything crossed :). I'm not holding out much hope though.

I've been pestering them, but it takes 3-5 days. I'll ring them again in a few hours to see again lol :rotfl:
