I applied for a Barclaycard today.
I got this -
Barclaycard Initial Credit Card Application- Submit

If your application is accepted, you’ll receive your Barclaycard with a copy of the Terms and Conditions.

So I rang them up and they want to see some documentation. It's with their recruitment department. Any idea on what that means?

Give it a couple of days mate and then give them a ring,hopefully they will then tell you that you have been accepted..0 -
They may want to have bank statements, copy of utility bill...etc...it's a positive sign otherwise they would have said no straight away..0

When I got my Barclaycard last year, got the same message so called the same day to know what they wanted to know more....and was told no need you've been accepted with £6,600 credit limit:)0 -
