Got 2 letters from CapQuest today saying debt owed from Littlewoods. Both accounts say Littlewoods with 2 different amounts

The only account I did not pay was almost 10 years ago. Should I send a statue barred letter?

They said as I’m in Scotland they will apply a decree and arrest my wages and on the other they said they are going to send the bailiffs in.

I know the second can't be done as in Scotland but what about the first? Over the last 2 years or so, I have never seen a Littlewoods default on any of my CRA's and also never had 2 accounts with them.

Woohoo I got accepted for my First Direct Current Account and Credit Card. Did not think I actually would but it seems that I am mainstream now which is good. A year ago I could not even get an Aqua Card so things are on the up :)

Just £500 overdraft for the current account and £2200 for the credit card so still quite low but just glad to get the accounts open. :)
