trying to restore Ei System PC

How did you backup.
There is no point going through the cleanup if you are planning a reinstall.
You haven't done the update on malwarebytes, you need to update it to v4241 or later before scanning!!

I backed up every thing i need to a hdd
When I put the cd in, it doesn't do anything or even acknowledge that there is a cd in the drive0 -
that shows you have insufficient memory for your applications, which will slowdown the pc, so you need to follow the instructions in the link to resolve that, fixing with malwarebytes, running startuplite, and replacing avg with avast will cure much of the low ram situation
you have to boot from the cd, sometimes you may have to press a key eg F12 or change the bios boot order to make it boot before the hard disk!!

Its strange, other cd / dvd's work fine but when I try to use this one, it doesn't even make the spinning sound that its about to work0
