cataloge insurance

Hi

could someone tell me if i am able make a claim for insurance with my cataloge they call it "Extra care advantage" i have tried to make a claim today and because my work has not reduced my hours enough!!!! no joy.

Well hello there nanna , hope your well.

Now you go for this, if they are not paying out then the policy is worthless to you.

Complete the FOS questionnaire, the FOS have issued these to make a complaint against who is responsible, and keep a copy in case you need to complain to the ombudsman later on.
These questionnaires are used now instead of writing letters and to make a reclaim against any ppi product.

They have 8 weeks in full to respond with a decision.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

Yes you send the FOS questionnaire to whoever sold you the product, so if the catalogue company added this, then you pursue them.;)

i have filled it in online and printed off. It would not let me print signature so i assuming its ok to sign by hand:)

Forgot to mention as well, if you can manage it , do not use normal post, post at your local post office for proof of delivery.;)XXX
