Was the car in front of you parked or not ? Was the gap between you and the cars on the right enough to drive through until you pulled out into it ?

lol, this is what makes me laugh about forums...... One person voices an opinion and everyone else is too afraid to speak their own mind :rotfl:

Do a Google Earth image of the junction? That might help explain what happened.

Why do you have an onboard camera? Sounds fun :D lol

Hope you get it sorted out.

If you were trying to get around or past the car in front, of course you were overtaking them, so should have signalled.

The google earth image is no good, too much shadow from the buildings.

Camera is for incase some idiot pulls a stunt like this, i've witnessed a lot of bad driving over the last 6 months and I decided that for the sake of £15 a cheap video camera could save me a lot of money.

Might well do that, just as soon as i've cut it down from 45mins (900MB) to a few minutes just showing the incident itself.

How do you come to that conclusion?

There are at this moment 7006 people active on these forums.
How many do you think are not posting here because they are afraid?

    How silly.

Me? Why haven't I posted on this subject?
Because my view has already been represented.

The OP's description of what happened certainly wouldn't prove the other driver was 100% to blame. I don't understand what actually happened.

Cameras are fine, but moving pictures can still only show so much and they could even work against you.
