My change of circumstances was from 17th April. The incompetent staff did not correct their entry mistake until 13th May. So then an email was apparantly sent to another office to reinstate my claim. My claim was reinstated but nothing happened. I was told they could not invesigate for 30 days. They then said after the 30 days that I was entitled to WTC and wil get it back dated but there was a problem reinstating it on the system so it has been sent to their technical department who have no timecale for sorting claims, so could be months, could be years. TBH they don't really care. Has anyone else been given the technical department story?0

I would be bet was a nice surprise. and thanks my fingers are crossed lolnextyeartina wrote: »woohoo... got 2 payments in my account this morning. strange as don't know what they are yet & bank can't tell me until after 8 :wall:. my hubby is expecting money for sold shares either this friday or 4 weeks on friday which is what these 2 payments total. just don't understand why it'd be paid in as 2 payments. if it is tax credits, then it's not as much as predicted by numerous "benefit calculation" sites. i've been asked to go in work early today too so won't be able to do anything until i get home later... arghh... lol. i hope it's hubby's share money. will let you know later.
one more day nosierosie - fingres crossed for you hun

I just wanted to add I was promised a call back yesterday by one of there supervisors and guess what... as expected they never called back.
I really dont think they even care, there is no one coming down on any of the staff for the poor service. I think its deisgusting. I feel like writing to a national newspaper. Its unhumane!Saving needed to emigrate to Oz*September 2015*

Have they told you what the compliance list is? I ask because I have been told there is a note on the system for my claim saying 31st August, but they don't know what this date means and, again, they can give me no timescale as when the claim passes to another department the 30 day limit does not apply and they can take as long as they want.0
