balls, just in middle of the energy survey and its hung at 50% and wont budge

They keep sending me the same energy survey and it always gets stuck on the same question(29%)

Just qualified for the £12.50 TV survey for the week - hope don't have some of the problems you are having. So far other surveys & payments coming through fine.

I wish I knew!

I would though, recommend refilling in your profile- even if all the answers are all the same. For some surveys this can help get a few more sent to you- (but I never remember which this works for!!!)

I've been having trouble logging in and also with surveys freezing as well.
Never had any problems before though.
