i have a £1.50 survey pending atm since FEB!!!!!!!! im on £8.75 and its buggin the hell out of me everything else has gone through fine, just this damn one!
just email them - and they will release it as they say that it will be no longer than 28 days for the money to go into oyur account0 -

I have exactly the same issue. Just qualified for the £12.50 TV survey for the week - hope don't have some of the problems you are having. So far other surveys & payments coming through fine.0

I would though, recommend refilling in your profile- even if all the answers are all the same. For some surveys this can help get a few more sent to you- (but I never remember which this works for!!!)0 -
I've been having trouble logging in and also with surveys freezing as well.
Never had any problems before though.0 -
