I think it may have something to do with the cookies they now use, did you perhaps do the same survey for a different company ie: global test market or toluna, as i have had 4 surveys lately with the same message. I do clear my cookies after doing them but it still seems to register your isp somehow.

I'm getting this garbage too. I am not signed up with anyone else. I think it is some glitch at their end as I have not violated any of their rules which is constantly implied in "Isabel"s emails to me when i contact them re this. They do nothing to explain themselves further nor to fix this glitch.

i have a £1.50 survey pending atm since FEB!!!!!!!! im on £8.75 and its buggin the hell out of me everything else has gone through fine, just this damn one!

Quick question - has anyone been doing the charity/text survey over the last week or so and managed to complete the final questionaire? I've done the texting throughout the week and got right to one of the last pages on the end of project survey only for a 'this page has either been moved or no longer exists' page to come up. I've emailed them and got a reply which doesnt relate to my question in any way whatsoever. I wouldnt usually mind, but its a £5 survey, plus reimbursement for texts. At the very least, I'd like to be refunded for the texts I've sent.

Thats what i got the first time but further ones say I have been banned for some reason. "Isabel" will not tell me why - though I have done nothing wrong... when challenged to tell me what I did wrong, no answer is the stern reply as they say...

Reverbe, have you tried logging into the site? I'm saying this because I'm guessing if you have been banned, it won't let you do it, but if it's just saying it when you go to access a survey then it may well be the problem they have emailed about. When I was receiving the error message it still let me log onto the site and check my balance.

Anyone else still having problems with their account being blocked ? I had an email saying they cannot manually re activate an account,but they are looking into it,they are still sending me surveys that i cannot acsess though.

Same problem here. Since they installed the wonder check inbetween of that site you access just before visiting the survey site
