anyone got the actual survey/application thing that you have to use for the TV survey? I qualified but havent heard anything since?

ive realsied they credited me £1 for a survey that ssaid £1.50 ON invite have emailed them but they never quick in replying hopefully will add the extra then il have enough for another voucher

Thanks. Its somehow comforting to know its not just me...

I'd be interested in how they reply. My reply was obviously a cut and paste standard answer to a question entirely unrelated to the one I actually asked!

I'm the same been with VO 3 years and my account is blocked too, Had an email apoligizing and that it can take a while yet to get it right, I'm still receiving surveys but just keep getting error message when I try to access them, really frustrating!!

I have the same problem, they send me surveys and I get the error message. I emailed them about it and had 2 replies, one said it was an error and they would rectify it and another said it was because I had bad quality in the surveys.

I know how you feel, I have been a member with VO for about 2 years, and my account is blocked too! :mad: I havent done nothing wrong, Im quite upset about this tbh! VO used to be really good for me!

I had the same thing and emailed them, got a message back saying it was a technical fault and would be sorted in a few days. Had 2 surveys from them since and its been fine.

Just phoned up the VO head office to enquire why I had been blocked. Here is a summary of what has been said:

You get blocked for trying to acess surveys more than once, even if the survey freezes.
You complete surveys too quickly.
You give vague answers.

Be warned, if you do any of the above 10 times you are put on a blocked list! I have asked to be unblocked and they are going to put me onto the list to be unblocked in the next week.

I got sent a "reminder to finish survey" email this morning, tried to access the survey and it was still frozen at 50% so have emailed them about it
