Anybody out there doing the TV diary this week? I've had the email asking me to fill in my entry for 1st June I just don't like the warning that comes up when you click on the link about viruses etc.. Is it ok to use?

Again, about the TV survey - its typical you get it during a period of nice weather when you're outside a lot and not watching much telly! I'm guessing if the nice weather continues they're not going to get a very accurate picture of how much TV I usually watch.

Yep, they're also doing it during exam time which could be a bit silly. I'm in the middle of university exams so I'm barely watching any TV, so it won't be a very accurate portrayal of my TV viewing! About the virus thing, I didn't get that warning (or maybe I just ignored the warning and forgotten about it now). But either way, I've just completed my survey for today and I didn't have any problems. I'm looking forward to my £12.50 reward!

My account is blocked, too, so, using the telephone number kindly supplied by Jordii, I rang and spoke to a gentleman called James.

He explained that they have instituted a new security system which is currently operated by a separate company. Later this month, he said, they hope to have the ability to log on to a customer's account and tell them why their account is blocked, but at the moment they don't have that facility.

He said that any money shown as pending on an account would still go through, and that vouchers are still claimable.

Access to new surveys will not be allowed.

But he said that the system checks the member's IP address, so if you find yourself banned at home, you may be able to do the surveys by logging on at work. By checking the IP address, they can spot people with two accounts. As someone else reported, they are also blocking people who try to access a survey more than once.

Otherwise, it looks as if we'll just have to be patient.

    HTH.
