I have been screened out automatically from their surveys for weeks so emailed them and got this reply:-
Thank you very much for emailing us. I am very sorry to read your disappointment with Valued Opinions.
I completely understand your situation and the frustration you must feel not being able to take our surveys anymore.
In the past we have been exposed to malicious panelists giving untruthful responses and manipulating research results. Obviously, this compromises the quality of all data collected and puts our service at risk.
We have therefore been forced to implement a system to prevent this from re-occurring. The correspondences we have received has alerted us that some of our loyal and certainly very much valued panelists, such as yourself, have been adversely affected by these issues and for this we are truly sorry.
We are currently working hard on finding a solution to address this serious issue which, although it helps us to improve the quality of our service, causes so much frustration among our members. We expect to have eradicated this issue over the next month and aim to notify you of our services being available again soon. In the meantime, regrettably there is nothing I can do to improve the situation. All we can ask is for your continued patience while we focus our energies on solving this problem.
I hope that you will soon able to take our surveys again. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
I haven't done anything wrong, so am hoping they will let me access them soon0 -
Ive just done an entertainment survey, and noticed that every now and then on pages where you had to rank things on a scale of 1-something, there was a line that said to prevent fraudulent answers please mark this line number x0

I've been a member of VO for some time and have completed quite a lot of surveys, or so I thought! When I checked my balance it says I've earnt £2.50, and I've never been offered any of the diary ones or anything over £1.50 per survey!
Half the time it lets me start the survey then says it's not applicable to me.
Same here and it's getting so bad I am considering not bothering any more - especially when I have completed loads of pages of the survey and answered lots of questions and then get told I don't qualify - but I bet they'll use my answers anyway!Win's so far: Cadburys Mini Eggs £1.09 Pentel Goody Bag £10 , M&S Luxury Hamper £45, 10,000 Tesco clubcard points (£100) :j0 -

Oh hell, I think this is happening to me too! I've just been sent a survey, and clicked on it - but as soon as I clicked on it to open it up, I got a message saying 'thankyou for your interest, but unfortunately you haven't qualified for this survey'. Thought it was weird, as I hadn't even had a chance to answered any questions to see if I was suitable - it just seemed to screen me out automatically! Grrrr. Then saw your post and thought 'oh no'. Will wait for my next survey and hope it doesn't happen again, but if it does I'll email them. I've done nothing wrong either - been with them nearly 3 years, they should know me by now!
