I got offered the same chance to install the program, but I had already tried the program out on Lightspeed. Completely messed my system up. Not worth installing it in my opinion. It was a much better reward on Ligthspeed too. 500 points after a month (~£4.50) and 250 points (~£2.25) for every 3 months after. But still I gave up after 2 days.

The most frustrating thing about Valued Opinions is the amount of the time it takes for pending credits to be applied. I've got over £10 of credit pending at the moment...

i just contacted the people who gave me the software(not VO) and asked what have you installed? they basically said that I have done it wrong even though I'm sure I haven't. Bit annoyed with them now...I don't even know what I've installed!!!

dont download this i did and my pc went really slow and also got a few minor viruses whick ppl in techie forum got rid of for me. they even said to me to get rid.
they gave me this link to download revo uninstaller its brill have found loads that i thought i'd already got rid of.

I haven't done anything wrong, so am hoping they will let me access them soon

I know, I've had the same email and this has been going on for a month, but managed to complete 1 survey today, so keeping my fingers crossed!! Really annoying been with 3 years with no problems until now!

I've had this happen sometimes but just keep checking because suddenly you will find it is all available. They do say it can take up to 28 days to be available.

How long is the TV survey for? I thought it was only for a week - if so, why does it say week1? Yet it hasn't sent any info about further weeks or the questionnaire that you have to fill in to get the reward at the end of it.

Can you access it?? I havent been able to since Sunday, when i log onto it, it tells me ive already completed the previous day, when i know i havent. Ive emailed VO, waiting for a reply

The incentives will only be paid once the follow-up questionnaire is completed, which will be sent after the diary stage.

Doesent say how long after the diary stage the questionnaire will be sent though.

On Monday I filled in Sunday's details - which was the last day of the survey. When I have logged on to check since the screen thanks me for updating, tells me there are no more available days and then asks me to come back tomorrow - That's what got me wondering if there is going to be another week/s of survey.
