Nope - I completed the questionnaire on Friday and it's still not showing. I guess if we're all waiting for it to be credited then there's nothing to be worried about.

I looked at the FAQs yesterday, and it said something about credits dont show until the end date has passed, in an email i got the other day, they said i had until the 14th June to complete the follow up, so hopefully the credit should appear tomorrow

a few sites do this. its just to make sure you are paying attention and not clicking anything to get through it as soon as possible.

no, I've filled in the diary every day and completed it, not had the follow up survey yet though

That's strange..... I got my follow up survey on 11th June......still not showing on my account tho

mine only started last week, that last day was yesterday, thought the follow up would be here today but not yet

OOOOH!! That might be why, I haven't got it showing in my 'pending' payments!! Maybe VO are doing the surveys in different groups??
