    This is news to me, as I'm sure all the pending credits for other surveys hosted by other companies that I've done for VO in the past have appeared as soon as I completed the survey...

    Hi, thanks for that. I thought the same thing but maybe because it's a higher amount of credit, they might do things differently. :confused:

    they sent me an email on one that crashed at about 90% and the email link said 'uve already done this survey'.

    i emailed em straight away and they said 'we cant reimburse u, sorry'.

    Thats pretty standard for them chuckley. Im still getting reminders about a survey that crashed at 49% (it was for energy supply and pretty sure it was mentioned in this thread too) and it just wont let me get past a particular quesiton. I emailed VO and i was told my problem would be sent to the relevant department - this was ages ago and they just never got back to me.


    Out of interest, Chuckley whats that 'PAD' in your sig? PM me if you dont want to go OT.

    Still waiting for my £12.50 for TV survey to show as pending too.

    I do surveys on 6 sites and as far as I can remember VO takes far longer than any other to validate any payments even though they do normally show as pending very quickly. :cool:

    very pleased with them just checked my balance and to my susprise had 12.50 didnt think it was that much so looked at previous survey and had 9.00 given for a Technology one paid yesterday god knows why as i never had one pay that much :D.

    also had e mail for disscussion one for advertising whick after 3 weeks will pay me 15.00 done first week and only had to answer 1 lot of very few questions :j
    have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving

    I had problems with the energy supplier survey (it wouldn't accept any answers at 29% completed,
    this is the reponce from VO

There may be an incompatibility issue with your computer software\internet software. Some surveys by third parties may only work in Internet Explorer.
