Hey, for those of you who have done the TV diary survey, i emailed them about the missing credit, and have just had this reply

Thank you for your email. The pending entry is not showing because this survey is different than usual and involves extra elements. Everyone who completed all the necessary elements will see the correct credit go directly into their balance total when the survey is processed. Please be advised that this survey may take longer than the usual 28 days to be processed as it is so complicated.

Should you have any further questions about this or any other matter, please do not hesitate to contact us at enquiries@valuedopinions.co.uk or check our FAQ.

When I emailed them last week or so they didn't say anything about it taking longer than 28 days! See here:
    http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.html?p=22551007&postcount=720

Also I got a survey for 7-9 year olds on drinks and my sister discovered that you can't actually select anything one one question, and then you can't proceed. I emailed them but th reply was inconclusive; did anyone else get this issue?

the majority of the time when valued opionions aka isobel reply to peoples emails they relate to nothing that the person is actually emailing about

what that all about - is this woman suffering with brain overload.

I hadn't any gripe with Valued Opinions until a month or two ago. What used to happen was a couple of qualifying questions then either accepted or declined to complete the survey. However, just lately I'm finding that I'm completing 90 - 95% of the survey then being told 'unfortunately your answers do not meet etc. etc'. Is it just me or are VO getting all the survey completed for no payment?
