• Just want to warn people about a potential problem with Valued Opinions. I have been completing their surveys for 3 years and have always found them far better than most similar companies. I have had £120's worth of Argos and Tesco vouchers in that time, and have always answered everything as soon as I get the link, and been totally honest.
Yesterday I came to a strange screen half way through a questionnaire that seemed to accuse me of being a fraud. very strange, so I questioned it and today I have received a rather nasty reply that accuses me of either not being in the country I am registered in, or I have been using multiple ID's to cheat the system. What rubbish ! I am sat am the same computer using the same e.mail address and the same ID. No fake moustache, no slipping on a dress and wig, it's hard enough filling in the questionairres once, let alone multiple times. I have over £15 due in vouchers which I have probably lost now. Can't believe they would treat people this way.
Companies I have had problems with -
Time; Evesham; Gordon Lamb; N.Power; Safestyle; Lycos; Daum; Consumer Voice/CCB Fastmap; BT; Chard, Homeserve (plumbing insurance that solves your emergency but leaves you with the initial problem); Sony.

Hello,
I'm new here...actually just joined.
Sorry to bother you all but I am in dire need of some help. Has anyone here been doing the "Socialising and drinks diary"?
I have had an email saying that I have won the £1000 prize draw for week 35 but in order for my account to be credited I need to send (and I quote) "a copy of the link we send you in the weekly reminder email together with the login information, so we can verify our participation."
Well I no longer have the link as the diary has already closed.
Can anyone please help me?
I need to send the link to researchnow...I have emailed Valued Opinions but have as yet (about 30 hours) had no response.
thank you kindly for your time.

Hi

You should have a cope of the link from one of the past emails. If you've deleted emails here's one of the links I was sent http://survey.researchnow.co.uk:8081/survey-portal-44002682/index.jsp

BTW congratulations on your fab win!

I noticed this a week or so ago, somewhere in the survey they ask you to choose a specific answer, presumably to see whether you are taking your time and reading each question and answer, rather than just clicking to get through it quickly.

I did post a comment in this thread when i noticed this.

As for their reply, it does seem very abrupt. Just wondering...and im not very technical, but are you using a router??? As that can give you different IP addresses.
