hi im new to valued opinions too and was doing a energy suppliers survey yesterday, and halfway thru it wouldnt accept any answer i gave, then i realised id spent 20 minutes just to get that far, and its only a £1.75 survey. but i suppose u have to do the little ones and keep hoping u get a decent one!

Did anybody ever receive payment for the charity SMS survey? I've just had a quick look and I am owed about £10.00 for this survey which I genuinely completed.

I'd be happy with the cost of my SMS messages back!

Not a bean. not even in pending.I sent them at least 4 sms messages and yes we are due about £10. it is hard enough actually getting to "complete" these- tho half the time i wonder if we do complete them in effect cos you get asked a heck of a lot of questions before being rejected.

I have sent them several emails about this and Isabel and co always say to me you will get paid, it might take some time yada yada..

matt this is very common for Valued Opinions. I'd say out of every 10 i get sent I get to complete less than one.I think they must have sent me a few hundred and I only get marked as complete for a tiny handful.I have a theory that they take the info we give and just tell us we are screened out or not suitable so they dont have to pay as sometime you get asked about 15 questions or more before you are told you dont qualify...

 My son spent over 20 minutes doing the technology survey for 0800REVERSE, and when it got to the final few questions about internet surfing habits it said he wasn't suitable for the survey.

In other words they've got the information they need and they don't want to pay the £1.50 promised
    That's my theory too.

I have just received £9.04 for the charity SMS survey, which I am thrilled about.

It is only appearing in my "Reward history" section at the moment, so it doesn't seem to be included in my account balance.

For the people doing the Lottery Diary. Have you had your email this week yet? I thought when they allocated us to groups that they said we would have got the email on Sunday, but mine still hasn't arrived yet.
