No I haven't had the Lottery email yet for this week. In fact I've had no invites at all from VA for2-3 weeks now. Nor have I had the vouchers that I ordered a couple of weeks ago either.:(

I am really upset because I keep getting links to the surveys and followup surveys but all that happenes when I click them is I get taken to a page stating the following:

Thank you very much for your interest in our surveys. Unfortunately you can’t participate in this study. Our records indicate that your ID has already been registered for this project and/or data inconsistencies have been identified regarding the profile data you’ve provided.

I have told valued oppinions that I complete my surveys promptly and accurately and they have even agreed with me but apparantly according to them they cannot at the moment disect between genuine people and people playing the system and so I will not be able to complete anymore surveys untill they fix their system apparantly in a months time.

But I have completed the lottery diary for so many weeks and got put into a group but cannot complete the final survey and so does this mean I wont get my £15 even thought I completed 17 odd weeks worth which is no mean feet.

I also received a deodorant sample and the followup was worth £5 but again i couldnt complete it because of the rubbish system.

I think valued oppinions has a moral duty to pay me for these as it is through no fault of my own.

What do you guys think? Anyone experiencing anything similar??

Guys,

I am experiencing the similar thing...

In my case, when I got blocked out, I sent a simple mail to Isabel to unblock it, I got a nice long reply telling me that their system effectively co$$ed it up!!

Then, couple of days after, got another mail, saying they have blocked because of dishonesty and all that standard reasons.. But, I haven't done anything wrong.. .

So, have sent another mail to get it re-instated... Fingers crossed, they do it right this time...

Anyone else in the same ship? Or got this problem resolved and like to share their thoughts.

Regarding my earlier comments about Valued Oppinions, I am very annoyed as I have received the below standard reply twice!!!

Thank you very much for emailing us. I am very sorry to read your disappointment with Valued Opinions.

I completely understand your situation and the frustration you must feel not being able to take our surveys anymore.

In the past we have been exposed to malicious panelists giving untruthful responses and manipulating research results. Obviously, this compromises the quality of all data collected and puts our service at risk.

We have therefore been forced to implement a system to prevent this from re-occurring. The correspondences we have received has alerted us that some of our loyal and certainly very much valued panelists, such as yourself, have been adversely affected by these issues and for this we are truly sorry.

We are currently working hard on finding a solution to address this serious issue which, although it helps us to improve the quality of our service, causes so much frustration among our members. We expect to have eradicated this issue over the next month and aim to notify you of our services being available again soon. In the meantime, regrettably there is nothing I can do to improve the situation. All we can ask is for your continued patience while we focus our energies on solving this problem.

I hope that you will soon able to take our surveys again. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Has anyone else not been able to do the Lottery follow-up survey after having done the diary for the past 16 (?) weeks?

I keep getting a link saying that the survey is unavailable at the current time. I'll be annoyed if I'm unable to complete the task after all these weeks doing the dairy. (and spending extra last week as they asked!)

A few weeks ago I used to receive similar messages when trying to access Valued Opinions surveys. I had upgraded to Internet Explorer 8. I could complete the surveys with no problems, using my OH's laptop, running Windows XP and IE6, or my son's desktop computer, running Vista and IE8.

I uninstalled IE8 on my own computer and can now easily access Valued Opinion surveys, using IE7.

Don't know whether this helps.

I also cannot access any surveys, i rang them up last week and got told i would have to close my account as i was completing surveys too quickly. I haven't and i still get invites but cannot access them. I got the same email today about trying to sort it within the next month.
I am not happy at all' but have money in my account so refuse to close my account. Going to try the library, to see if i can access them that way instead.

Im glad Im not the only person then. But i feel that this is really not acceptable, especially regarding the lottery diary! Its like not getting paid for working. Iv completed that diary for weeks and weeks and now right at the end im not going to get paid it seems.

i got around £7.50 for the charity one. coulda got a pound more for posting 1 more time in the forum, but i was @ glasto that weekend.
