    !

same here. happens every time with them and it makes me a bit tired and sick... seems they take a lot of info form me before deciding to screen me out and have to actually pay me for the info

I have completed a survey about transports few days ago paid between 3.25 and 7 pounds, but I see that the amount is still not in my pending credits.
And in the earned credit it is showing that I have a total of 4.50 pounds, but I have actually 5 pounds. Will they correct it later?
I tried to contact them but I still did not receive any reply.

this is the reply i got a few weeks ago from them regarding the matter

The balance total is only updated periodically so can occasionally differ from the sum of the individual entries. Rewards may disappear from pending without immediately being reflected in the balance total. This will right itself the next time it is updated.

I've been trying to access my VO account for two days. Yesterday it would not recognise my username (email) or password, but did mail me my password when I requested it. Same password as I HAD been trying but trying again it wouldn't let me in. Now, today, having gone back in the hopes of it being a temporary glitch, it not only WON'T let me enter the site, but is also telling me that my email addy isn't in the database

I'm only wanting to check my balance as once the current pending points have gone through I've got to the threshold to claim my reward. Anyone else having trouble?

Everything is working ok for me too, but it's flipping annoying when you reach nearly £10 and the amount that is sitting in Pending will take you to the £10.....and they wait for ages before adding it to your account. Very crafty.

Thanks Jordii and littlewren, must be a problem with my account then . I've had £1.75 pending for ages now to bump me up and yes, it is frustrating!

A while ago they would notify me of surveys and when I went to log in to do the survey, they would say my account was suspended because I had broken their rules on something or other - think it was mutiple accounts, which isn't right as I've only ever had the one account. That sorted itself out without me contacting them, so I'll give it a week and try to enter my account again and if no joy will have to email them . Honestly beginning to wonder if this survey lark is worth the hassle!

    Hi guys,

new to these forums, but have been a valued opinions member for around a year now.

just a bit of concern recently, as ive found surveys havev seemed to have dried up a bit. Not receiving them as frequently as I used to. Usually manage to receive £10 every 2-3 months, even got lucky with a £50 online forum test around xmas time. but ive only received 2 or 3 surveys in the last month or so. So am getting a tad concerned. Anyone else the same. I have always been a truthful member and never received any fraud emails.

    cheers guys
