This is my first post so sorry if I get it wrong. I've got £8.50 credited already but I've got a £2 balance which has been pending for about 6 weeks now. Will emailing making any difference, its really annoying having to wait when I'm so close to my first voucher

I would cash in the £30 and email about the pending credit.

got my first survey ive been eligible to get paid for in 3 weeks today. £1 to answer questions on subscription-based news content online. Absolutely hate the idea, but was money (at last) nonetheless!

If it's been pending for 6 weeks then I would certainly e-mail them, especially as they say it takes a maximum of 28 days to go through! There may be a reason why it hasn't gone through yet though (for example it was part of an on-going study that other VO users are still taking part in, and everyone gets paid at the end).

Me too. Will be nice to have it paid and not have to remember to fill in the form every week! :j
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I can't log into my account to see if it's been updated with the £15 for the lotto diary.

Has anyone been reimbursed for the ticket they were asked to buy? I haven't heard any information about refunded us like they said they would.
