This is my first post so sorry if I get it wrong. I've got £8.50 credited already but I've got a £2 balance which has been pending for about 6 weeks now. Will emailing making any difference, its really annoying having to wait when I'm so close to my first voucher0

I would cash in the £30 and email about the pending credit.0

got my first survey ive been eligible to get paid for in 3 weeks today. £1 to answer questions on subscription-based news content online. Absolutely hate the idea, but was money (at last) nonetheless!0

If it's been pending for 6 weeks then I would certainly e-mail them, especially as they say it takes a maximum of 28 days to go through! There may be a reason why it hasn't gone through yet though (for example it was part of an on-going study that other VO users are still taking part in, and everyone gets paid at the end).0 -

Me too. Will be nice to have it paid and not have to remember to fill in the form every week! :jIt’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I can't log into my account to see if it's been updated with the £15 for the lotto diary.
Has anyone been reimbursed for the ticket they were asked to buy? I haven't heard any information about refunded us like they said they would.0 -
