Has anyone had any luck with the refund of the ticket for the Lotto diary? I have emailed Valued Opinions twice about it and both times I have been ignored. In the past, they have been quick replying to me on other matters.
Also, how long do you have to wait for your reward to come through the post (I have the Tesco giftcard). Is it up to 28 days?

You don't get a refund for the ticket you bought for the lotto diary, that was included in your payment which was stated in the original emails when we first signed up for it. And since you would have normally bought a lotto ticket anyway, which was one of the criteria's for getting signed up for the lotto diary it would have only cost you an extra 50p compared to what you would have normally spent.

Some of us were asked to buy additional tickets for a week which we were told would be refunded as they were outside our normal patterns.
It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

  • Hi all, my first post.

On the 30th July I redeemed a £10 tesco voucher, as if today (27 days now) it still hasn't arrived, I've just messaged them via their web site for an explanation.

    Fingers crossed!

I know some of us were. I was one of them, but we were told that the cost of the extra ticket was included in our fee for doing the survey.

I did a survey yesterday about mobiles that lasted about half an hour. And they only paid 50p! I've never know them to pay so poorly for that length of a survey. I did it anyway, couldn't resist......

I did that one too. In my email it said £0.50-1.50. I guessed 50p would be paid if you qualify for part of the survey. It said it would take about 30 minutes to do. It took me 40 minutes and I got 50p for it. I thought I had done the full survey so £1.50 would be paid. I know next time that is not the case. But I would like to know what you have to do to get the full amount stated.

Yes, this is what I was told, too. I was asked to buy a ticket that was not my usual ticket and so they asked me to buy a EuroMillions ticket @ £1.50. And the ticket will be refunded. There was no mention of it being included in the £15.
Still no reply from them. I know next time, not to bother buying the requested item on the promise of a refund.
