Did anyone else do the survey whereby VO sent out a CD which you listened to and clicked whether liked or disliked the music being played? It was for £40, followed by a short survey worth £5. I think the survey finished around 10 days ago and I wondered whether the reward was yet showing in anyone's accounts.
Thanks0 -
Yes, this is what I was told, too. I was asked to buy a ticket that was not my usual ticket and so they asked me to buy a EuroMillions ticket @ £1.50. And the ticket will be refunded. There was no mention of it being included in the £15.
Still no reply from them. I know next time, not to bother buying the requested item on the promise of a refund.
I've checked my reward history and I think it's this item :-

Worth checking as they seem to add the rewards fairly randomly.Just for one moment, thought I'd found my way.0 -

Hello Mike,
Thank you for completing the music part of the survey. You have already earned £40.
Once you complete this part of the survey, you will earn an additional £5, for a total of £45.
That was the last message I received, payment in 4/6 weeks by cheque I believe.Just for one moment, thought I'd found my way.0 -
Thanks very much fairenoughclough, much appreciated.0

I am receiving surveys & managing to complete some but I cannot log into my account. As soon as I hit "enter" after my log-in, it goes back to the same screen.
Anyone had this problem?
Solved it. Had disc failure & now computer is back I had pop-ups blocked so allowed this site & everything OK. Really glad as had nearly £30 to redeem!0 -

Has anyone else had a survey asking about three separate brands and rateing them? (I wont state the brands as I went back to try again on the same link and was given three new and different brands).
I am getting repeated errors! Its mad! I get to a page asking me to write my opinions in 20 seconds. I get 5 seconds then the page vanishes and 15 seconds later I am told to rate the next brand....
I had so many errors I gave up! Only to find not only was I signed out of MSE, but also my email and my ebay account- wierd, maybe it has a virus- be careful if you get this survey, I had to reboot and when I was ready to start again, I got a "bug" and "error" warning from Google who I have a tool bar with which asked me to send a report before I could open an internet expelorer page.0 -

Sounds like they deleted your cookies - not a virus.
It's probably been done to stop you accessing the survey again. If it wipes all your cookies - as done here - it would have logged you out of everything.0 -
I did it yesterday Jennie, it crashed for me half way through then when I reaccessed it let me finish it just fine, didnt notice it logging me out of anything though. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Didn't delete any cookies- I did have a virus sweep after trying the survey no less then three times- yes I am mad, I really wanted to finish the survey and was allowed to repeatedly go through the same link to try again- so unlikely to be cookies.
Have emailed VO who will no doubt ask me to provide a link 3 months later which I will no longer have as it was a link they provided on the site after failing to get through on a previous survey (something about criterea).
I did a quick adware check with my virus protection only to find 207!! I do a sweep through every night so I find it a little odd that this survey goes wrong, it was one of the first things I did that day after the last nights virus and adware check and then I get heaped with adware! Maybe not a virus, but not far off.0
