I am absolutely fed up with Valued Opinions! I've been a member with them for at least 3 years, and they used to be really good - regular surveys, good payments and help when you needed it. But for the last 4 months I've not qualified for a single survey? I'm still getting quite regular invites, but I just get screened out of every single one after answering a couple of questions. Emailed them and got a bog standard reply saying there is nothing wrong with my account, it's just because they are looking for particular demographics etc - but I have been getting at least £5 worth of surveys *every* month for the last 3 years so it seems a bit strange that I am suddenly not what they're looking for. I am only £1 or so away from my next voucher, so it all seems a bit strange to me, as if they are just trying to avoid paying me! Not at all happy with them
I'll be sticking to Lightspeed and Pinecone in the future - at least with them you can get paid a survey at a time, so they don't end up owing you money that they've got no intention of paying you!

Same here glitter tho I find Ciao are even worse for screening out. VO you usually answer loads of questions anyway which IMO I think means you actually complete the survey before they tell you"you do not qualify"What Would Bill Buchanan Do?0

Have also noticed just recently the surveys for many different groups have calmed down and just assumed its either because of the recession.
That they are based n Europe or the UK where people seem to take holidays from June through to October (reduced staff, no replies, shoddy answers and non crediting of points...)
Or that the companies themselves are in trouble, many are not what they used to be, for example when I first joined PureProfile I was able to get anything from £2 to £5 a month. Now I am lucky if I get 15p. Not an excuse, but could be a reason?
Think if we keep emailing them to complain whenever problems come up, then we stand a better chance of them doing something about it. As participants we only have two ways to show how we feel.0 -
