I ordered an Amazon voucher this afternoon and in the time it took me to switch tabs and check my email (about three seconds) my voucher had arrived. I wish Toluna were this good.

i ordered £30 of tesco vouchers 3 weeks ago and they still not turn up - how difficult is it to send out vouchers within a week

Hi, I asked for my voucher on the 22nd July and still nothing, i've been in touch with them twice, they only replied after my second email.:mad:

I don't know why but my surveys stopped about 4 months ago, I have logged in and updated details to try to get it started again but nothing.

Is it okay to change the name of the person registered? I mean, it's the same account, same household but a different family member's name is with them?

Finally got the £10 voucher today, still waiting on the one I redeemed on the 7th.

And......also got my first survey in nine days through today. If only "Valued Opinions used similar payment options as Lightspeed, we would all be a lot more contented.

Did anyone do survey 49001091 yesterday?

I got an email saying I would be rewarded with 25p or £1 depending on how many questions I answered, I got through three stages (all about dog food) so I assume I answered all the questions but nothing has appeared on my pending list... there's no 25p and definitely no £1.

I know mine usually appear instantly, just wondering if anyone else was suffering with delays for completed surveys showing in their pending lists before I have to chase it up?

(Already got a Toluna and Lightspeed query lodged with the respective companies!)

Yes, I started that survey, but wasn't accepted. I didn't see a 25p pending on my account. Perhaps you have to progress past a certain point to be awarded anything. I'm not too concerned about it. It's only 25p and I was kicked out very early on.
