I can't log into my account to see if it's been updated with the £15 for the lotto diary.
Has anyone been reimbursed for the ticket they were asked to buy? I haven't heard any information about refunded us like they said they would.
I had a couple of £1 amounts on my account which were just listed as 'Financial' but could only remember doing one finace survey recently so assume that was it.It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

I've managed to log into my account and my lotto diary £15 is there. Just order my next voucher
I checked my history and there is no 'Financial' since they asked us to buy tickets. I was asked to buy a EuroMillions ticket which is £1.50 and the only £1.50 listed was for 'Entertainment'.0 -

Has anyone had any luck with the refund of the ticket for the Lotto diary? I have emailed Valued Opinions twice about it and both times I have been ignored. In the past, they have been quick replying to me on other matters.
Also, how long do you have to wait for your reward to come through the post (I have the Tesco giftcard). Is it up to 28 days?0 -

yes its 28 days, but they usually come within 2 weeks.
I dont know about the refund for the lotto ticket, maybe V.O meant that the reward you got for doing the whole diary was the refund? I don't know, maybe best to contact them, but their customer service is shocking from my experiences.Young moneysaver in the making

I did a survey yesterday about mobiles that lasted about half an hour. And they only paid 50p! I've never know them to pay so poorly for that length of a survey. I did it anyway, couldn't resist......0

I did a product trial for them. Filling out a few questions then depending on my answers wether I got picked.
I did all I was asked for, filled the surveys out when they were due. My money for doing this was on my screen for a month now. I keep signing in to see if they have gone into my account.
But tonight I signed in & they have just disapeardI have used their contact for so will see what they say

Pending amounts seem to sometimes disappear just before they reappear as payable, happened to me a couple of times now. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
