I haven't any gripe with Valued Opinions until a month or two ago. What used to happen was a couple of qualifying questions then either accepted or declined to complete the survey. However, just lately I'm finding that I'm completing 90 - 95% of the survey then being told 'unfortunately your answers do not meet etc. etc'. Is it just me or are VO getting all the survey completed for no payment?

Just this minute the same thing happened to me - I was 75% through a food survey and up pops a message telling me the same thing - this keeps happening with alarming regularity and yes, I really think they are doing this to avoid paying out. I'm not the only one having this problem obviously, so it stands to reason. I have now sent off an email to VO about this but I'm not holding my breath - I've got £1.50 still pending till I get my £10 tesco gift card and am I'm booting them into touch!!

I have to concur. I'm fed up of getting quite far in a survey only to be kicked out.

I was wondering about the tv survey payment - I can understand not getting it for a while but think it should show as pending.

 My son spent over 20 minutes doing the technology survey for 0800REVERSE, and when it got to the final few questions about internet surfing habits it said he wasn't suitable for the survey.

In other words they've got the information they need and they don't want to pay the £1.50 promised

Happens all too often IMO to be honest.
Some sites are worse then others- OpinionWorld, Ciao and ToLuna have been the top three for doing that, if you report them, who knows, they may do something about it, but at the very least, you have the reply button to vent anger.
Remember though, most if not all survey sites farm out the surveys and are just connecting you to another site which issue the survey, if enough people complain about that sort of thing, the company that did pass you through (in your case, valued opinions) are going to be more likely to do something about it.

Yup, i have to request my vouchers as well, dont think theyve ever automatically sent them, as you decide which shop you want them for.

Yeah, I agree. By not having it as "pending" it makes it easier for people to forget about it and so less like that we'll chase VO up on it if it doesn't appear...I've counted 28 days from when I finished the survey and that's 10th July so if I haven't got the money by then I will make sure I email them about it.

Also I did a survey yesterday - or rather, a bit of a survey as it suddenly decided that they had enough respondents halfway through. Argh! At least I get surveys from VO though, with Lightspeed I've had about two in a year...
