p_larkin and Tinman, I Sent them an email, in response, (remember I am a Numpty), so i'll probably get banned:o
    The fault is there's,
I am getting !!!!!! off, not just with, VO, others are worse,
but the lame excusses, and buck passing:mad: is really starting to :mad::mad::mad::mad: me

Tinman your patience is admirable:T, if they send that same survey to me again, I want to start at 30%, otherwise they can shove it where the sun don't shine:eek:
my guess is you gave a few negative answers:rolleyes:
The "third party" companies don't want opinions they just want things that make them look good
100 people "finished" the survey 95% said they were ok:rolleyes:
10,000 started the survey 9,905 said they were crap and got kicked out of the survey before the end:rolleyes:

I got sent it again:doh:, didn't even try to do it:rolleyes:

They sent it again yesterday only this time i didn't qualify.:rotfl:

Hmmmmm received an email on the 16th saying the credit for the drinks survey would be on my account by the end of the week.

Still waiting, has anyone got their credit yet for this survey?
    I got back from a work trip and logged in today expecting the drinks £30 to be showing in my account (as promised in the email last week saying that it'd be credited 'by the end of the week') - just got the following response;
    Dear Sir, Madam,

Thank you all for your continuous participation in this project.
I can confirm this diary is now closed.

Just to clarify regarding the incentive, there was a typo in the last email sent to you,
I can confirm the incentive will be paid towards the end of the month.

We greatly appreciate your help with this survey.

    Best regards.

Now I'm not sure about everyone else, but for me a 'typo' is where you get a couple of letters in a word mixed up, not where you say something will happen a couple of weeks before it's actually going to? Ah well - I can't really complain too much, the money will come in handy (when it eventually arrives)!

Hey, for those of you who have done the TV diary survey, i emailed them about the missing credit, and have just had this reply

Thank you for your email. The pending entry is not showing because this survey is different than usual and involves extra elements. Everyone who completed all the necessary elements will see the correct credit go directly into their balance total when the survey is processed. Please be advised that this survey may take longer than the usual 28 days to be processed as it is so complicated.

I usually experience problems when trying to access surveys from VO, when using my laptop - it has OE7, although OE8 didn't work well either! I'm also using Vista.

However, I never experience problems with their surveys when using either my son's PC, running Vista and OE8, or my OHs old laptop, running XP.

Does anyone complete Valued Opinion surveys using Firefox as browser and do you have problems?

    Any advice would be great.

Never had any problems doing the surveys with Firefox.I do get the odd one where they will tell you a survey will only work on IE.
