OMG i downloaded this and my pc went slow and i couldnt get on the internet at all. i uninstalled it everything was fine, I contacted valued opinions and got told i was the only person having problems and it must be my pc. Disapointed in them now.

Thats suprised me as i installed the software about 2 months ago and also had to uninstall it as it messed up my computer and made it keep freezing. I also emailed VO about it at the time.

Just to announce, i have officially been unblocked by VO!! Yaay! I can finally do surveys again, just be patient everyone you should get unblocked soon

still can't take surveys, even had a invite for a survey for £5 last week and wasn't able to take it. this with all the other 50p and 75p could have a earn a voucher.

Me too an easy £12.50 but interesting that the £12.50 isn't showing on surveys taken - Usually I find that as soon as survey is finished the amount is shown as pending.
I hope we won't all be waiting longer than the 28 days!

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mine isnt showing up either, will have to watch for it

For all those automatically being screened out:
I assume that because they check your IP address, depending on your ISP, if you were to disconnect and then dial in again, you would be assigned a different IP address and then you would be able to do surveys again...I think this is why I am now able to complete them, as I reconnect every day and I know that my IP address changes each time I start up the connection.
